We collect minimal information necessary to connect candidates with employers:

For Candidates: Name, Phone Number, City, and Application History.
For Employers: Name, Company Name, Phone Number, and Job Posting Details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to facilitate recruitment, display local job listings, and notify you about matches.

3. Data Sharing

A candidate's phone number is shared with an employer ONLY when the candidate explicitly "Accepts" a job. We do NOT sell your data to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption. However, please note that HirePath India does not currently provide comprehensive fraud protection. Users are advised to exercise caution.

5. Your Rights

Under the DPDPA 2023, you have the right to access, update, or delete your data at any time via your profile settings.
