1. Role of HirePath India

HirePath India is an Intermediary Platform (as per Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000). We connect employers and candidates but are not a party to any employment agreement.

Disclaimer: We do not provide fraud protection at this stage.

2. User Responsibilities

Employers must post only genuine openings. Candidates must provide accurate profile details. Misleading content is grounds for immediate account suspension.

3. Limitation of Liability

HirePath India shall not be liable for any disputes, financial losses, or fraudulent activities resulting from interactions initiated on the platform.

4. Featured Jobs

Payments for "Featured Jobs" are for increased visibility only and do not guarantee a successful hire. All payments are non-refundable.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
